"I want to thank the Buckner Insurance Agency and specifically Ashley Alford for continued excellent service. For approximately 30 years all of my homeowner and auto insurance coverage has been through Buckner Insurance. Like so many others, I got caught up tripping over a dollar to save a dime. By that, I was solicited and succumbed to another company's promise of equivalent coverage at a lower cost. What I failed to realize was that lower cost came at a price. That price?
